Your new roleAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll take the lead on a range of construction projects from inception to completion. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate project teams, oversee contract administration, and ensure successful delivery against time, cost, and quality targets. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in project management within the construction or consultancy sector
* Strong knowledge of contract administration and project controls
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
