* Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Mon-Fri, with possible weekends)
* Salary: £37,898 - £45,637 per annum, Band 6
Job Overview
This is a new role within the Improvement Programme (Optimise) team, focusing on embedding Quality Improvement (QI) culture across CTMUHB. The facilitator will support the delivery of the 6 Goals for Urgent and Emergency Care, working collaboratively with clinicians and managers to promote continuous improvement and efficient patient flow.
The role requires coaching, assessing workload, collaborative skills, initiative, and the ability to apply policies and legislation critically and respectfully within a multiprofessional team. It is fixed-term/secondment until 31 March 2026, requiring prior approval from your current manager if applying as a secondment.

Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants need UK professional registration and must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service check. Welsh language skills are desirable.
Person Specification
Essential knowledge includes professional qualifications in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or equivalent, and experience in quality improvement. Desirable skills include knowledge of hospital flow principles and data management. Essential skills include good communication and multi-project management. Experience in coaching and facilitation is essential; discretion is desirable.
