Salary: £negotiable, subject to experience Location: Office based role in Westcliff On SeaHours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pmHoliday: 20 general days plus bank holidays and Christmas close down
Summary of Role• To provide administrative support to the broking team, which includes populating Acturis with risk information, producing quotation reports and processing mid-term adjustments.• To assist the broking team to ensure retention, maintenance and growth of the client list. • To assist with the cross-selling of products according to the demands and needs of the existing clients.• To assist the Directors when requested.
Key Skills and Experience Required• Excellent technical knowledge of commercial insurance • Competent on Acturis, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook programs• Excellent written and telephone skills • A proven track record working under pressure in a busy environment • To possess excellent administrative skills• To possess excellent communication skills• To possess excellent attention to detail
