They recruit Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Administrative staff, including Senior Leadership. With extensive experience, they offer schools a curated shortlist of exceptional candidates who have passed rigorous selection, interview processes, and up-to-date vetting and safeguarding procedures.
The Role
* Build relationships with new and existing clients within the Education Sector.
* Take full job descriptions and understand client expectations.
* Interview jobseekers to assess skills and personality.
* Create appropriate shortlists for live vacancies, using sound judgment to send relevant, high-quality candidates.
* Collaborate with the Resourcing team to target specific candidates for vacancies.
* Brief candidates thoroughly before interviews, sharing client information.
* Build your network through various channels to enhance your market presence.
Offer
* Basic salary between £24k - £26k + commission.
* Hybrid working environment – 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.
