Job Description:
My client, one of the UK's largest Facilities Management companies, is looking for a Facilities Administrator in the Norwich area.
Working in the credit control department, managing a ledger of accounts for our client, responsibilities will include:
* Reconciliation of tenant accounts and resolving tenant queries, focusing on clearing unmatched cash and credit notes.
* Collecting outstanding charges from tenants.
* Providing accurate arrears reports.
* Chasing tenants via telephone, email, or letter to recover outstanding sums.
* Achieving client collection statistics targets.
* Updating tenant contacts on the system.
* Liaising with the treasury team over fund allocations.
* Assisting the treasury team to minimize unallocated cash.
* Following best practice guidelines for a consistent approach across the company.
* Performing any other duties necessary for the smooth running of the team portfolios.
Previous experience working for a Facilities Management company is essential.
This is a temporary, ongoing role until the end of December, paying up to £22 per hour umbrella.
