The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging marketing communications to drive member engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will:
1. Develop and execute compelling email campaigns that balance commercial offers with brand-building content to drive key KPIs and long-term member advocacy.
2. Manage marketing activity within the Membership App, including push notifications, in-app messaging, gamified content, and segmented audience communications to increase engagement and retention.
3. Work closely with the Membership & Marketing Analytics Manager to use predictive analytics and insight to inform personalised loyalty experiences across all available touchpoints.
4. Create content for app, email, and web channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
5. Deliver effective below-the-line marketing plans, collaborating with external media agencies where required.
