The Person: The following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role: * NVQ Level 3 is essential * Transferrable DBS Certificate is preferable but not essential * experience working within a care home environment as a Senior care assistant is essential * You MUST be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to perform well in this role * To possess good manners and a flexible approach * Ability to communicate effectively * Ability to be patient & keep calm under pressure * Easily adaptable to new environments * Reliable & trustworthy * Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential * Flexible to work within multiple environments on a weekly basis dependent on the requirements of our clients.
