About the Role: Call Handler – Primary Care in Lincoln As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for patient inquiries, providing professional, empathetic, and efficient service. This role offers a dynamic environment where your communication skills will directly impact patient satisfaction and practice efficiency. The contract runs until the end of September, with a possibility for extension.
