As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and improving our properties, ensuring that we deliver a high-quality repairs service. Your day-to-day tasks will include general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and patch plastering. You'll manage a busy workload, working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Every job you complete will contribute to keeping our homes at the highest standard, so the ability to work flexibly and effectively is essential.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Multi Skilled Operative Requirements:
Previous experience in a repairs or maintenance role
Broad knowledge and practical experience of building maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and plastering
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under your own initiative and manage a varied workload
Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the Vale region and beyond
Multi Skilled Operative Benefits:
Salary: £30,019 to £31,598
24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days, plus bank holidays
Sick pay: 1 month full pay plus 1 month half pay after probation
Free home-to-work travel within a 30-mile radius of our head office
