Job Purpose/Summary: Praxis Care is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to produce engaging, authentic, and on-brand content across our digital and internal communication channels. This role focuses on social-first, agile content, including short-form video, photography, graphic design, internal newsletters, and professional PowerPoints to support recruitment, brand awareness, campaigns, and internal communications. This position is ideal for an early-career marketer or recent graduate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can produce high-quality content on tight deadlines, and is willing to travel regularly across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with occasional trips to Great Britain and the Isle of Man. A full UK or Ireland drivers licence and access to a vehicle is required to facilitate travel. The Content Creator will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to capture real stories, lived experience, and day-to-day moments that reflect Praxis Cares values and impact. Please note: this is not an exhaustive list of duties; the role may expand to include other areas of marketing and communications as required. The Salary is £23809.50 to £23977.83, this is based on 37.5 hours a week. About The Role Key Accountabilities Content Creation & Delivery Create a regular flow of engaging content including: Short-form social media videos (e.g. reels, stories, campaign clips) Photography for digital and internal use On-brand graphics for social media, recruitment and internal communications Professional PowerPoints and internal newsletters Produce content that feels authentic, accessible and human, aligned with Praxis Cares values and tone of voice Adapt content for different platforms and audiences, particularly social media Video & Photography (Agile and Social First) Capture and edit short-form video content using mobile devices and/or basic camera equipment (e.g., DJI Osmo Vlogging Camera) Film and photograph across Praxis Care services, events, and offices, ensuring permissions and consent are obtained Edit content quickly and efficiently using accessible tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, Kapwing) Optimise content for paid and organic social media performance Planning & Collaboration Support the Marketing and Communications team with content planning and campaign delivery Liaise with colleagues, service managers, and teams to coordinate content capture sensitively and professionally Maintain an organised content library and workflow to ensure assets are easily accessible Proactively suggest content ideas and formats based on trends, platform insights, and organisational priorities Asset Management & Coordination Document Praxis Cares suite of assets and types of case studies, ensuring they are current, organised, and easily accessible for marketing campaigns Work closely with Marketing Administrators to identify content opportunities that align with marketing objectives and target personas Note: Responsibilities are not exhaustive; the post holder may be required to take on other marketing and communications tasks as needed to support the organisation.
