We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team.
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Hours: 30 hours per week
Rate of pay: £13.01 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Strathearn Community Campus, Pittenzie Road, Crieff, Perth and Kinross, Scotland, PH73JN
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development.
2. Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
3. Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures.
4. Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
5. Handle issues professionally and escalate to the line manager when needed.
What we're looking for:
6. Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
7. Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
8. Ability to work independently and on a schedule.
9. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence.
10. Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
