Client Experience Executive - Health & Wellness / Nutrition

* Part Time role - 3 days a week
* Play a key role in improving client outcomes and engagement

The role for Client Experience Executive:

This is a part-time role (22.5 hours/week) focused on outbound communication and client retention. You will proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to drive satisfaction, reactivation and loyalty. You'll support the customer journey, drive additional revenue, and use your insight to influence improvements.

* Make outbound calls/messages to check in with current and past clients
* Use CRM tools to identify re-engagement and upsell opportunities
* Support surveys, loyalty programmes, and NPS scoring initiatives
* Drive additional revenue through upselling/cross-selling and retention
* Support Mentors and internal teams with client engagement updates
* Record feedback and client data to inform wider business strategies
* Champion exceptional customer service and accurate record-keeping

Job Requirements for Client Experience Executive:

You'll need strong sales and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset focused on helping clients succeed.

* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and customer service
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Confident in outbound calls, upselling, and objection handling
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and maintain attention to detail
* A team player with a solution-focused, positive attitude
