Venn Group is excited to being working with a prestigious Higher Education institute in London to recruit for a Senior EUC Apple Engineer.
This post will act as the lead EUC Engineer (3rd line) for Apple devices, utilising Jamf to support an estate of 2,000 Macs and 500 iPads, and providing coaching and support to a small team of junior Apple EUC Engineers.
Hybrid working is required, with the team attending the office on average 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities in post
* Mobile Device Management of macOS / iPadOS / iOS / tvOS Operating Systems
* Extensive use of Jamf Pro (Automated Device Enrolment, Software deployment/Updates)
* Use of Apple School/Business Manager
* Automation using Bash/Shell scripting, Configuration Profiles and Jamf Pro API
* Packaging macOS applications with Jamf Composer and AutoPkg
* Microsoft Office 365 installation, support and configuration
Essential skills and experience
* Jamf 200 certification (Jamf 300 and/or 400 would be desirable)
* In depth knowledge of Jamf Pro
* Previous experience providing 3rd line EUC Support, preferably in a large/enterprise scale environment
* Strong proactive, methodical, flexible approach with attention to detail
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a high standard of English
