GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES
1. adhere to all statutory requirement regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene.
2. participate in cross / multi skilled training within your department or other departments as deemed appropriate by your Manager.
3. carry out any reasonable instruction as directed by a Manager [or Director]
4. deal with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
5. maintain a high level of dress and appearance at all times adhering to PPE where the role requires this
6. attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to all company regulations.
7. from time to time you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.
Job Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
8. Reporting on the fleet information to customer and internal.
9. Production of customer specific reporting data such as FOP report, weekly and daily KPI’s, Mileage report, RIY report, store queries, exception report, FSR, Surecam bi weekly report, SLA vouchers etc.
10. Analysis of business cost movement’s month on month for specific customers.
11. Responsibility and ownership for the completion of reports showing performance.
12. Ensuring correct input and process adherence of all fleet into the system.
13. Following up and addressing data issues quickly and effectively thanks to a thorough. Organisation and interaction with Business.
