What You'll Do:
* Lead the design and implementation of strategic digital solutions.
* Share your technical expertise across the Council and with external partners.
* Manage complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion.
* Oversee support, training, and continuous improvement of ICT services.
* Inspire and mentor a talented team, while managing contracts and budgets.
What We're Looking For:
* Educated to degree level in Computer Science, Digital Design, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
* Proven experience in developing digital solutions, with a strong focus on integration development using tools such as Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service.
