Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Harwoods Renault and Dacia, a family run business. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating communication between the customer and our service department.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and ascertain their service needs.
* Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of after sales customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience
* Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required for vehicles.
* Prepare and present estimates for services, ensuring clarity and transparency.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all financial exchanges.
Skills
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust.
* Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions accurately.
* Mechanical knowledge is advantageous to understand customer needs effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
* Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude
* Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information

The successful candidate will need attend training on the mainland provided by Renault/Dacia.
