The Role
As a Logistics Co‑ordinator, you will support the delivery of operational excellence across our final mile contracts. Overseeing warehouse and transport activities, you'll work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will also help analyse performance data and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and effective reporting on stock and transport movements.
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate daily tasks with the Supply Chain Manager.
* Be involved in the running of monthly and quarterly reports, cost analysis and invoice validation.
* Act as a point of contact between the supplier and the customer.
* Provide operational support to team members, including cross‑training to cover holidays and absences.
* Check quantities of orders and be a point of contact for any discrepancies.
Requirements
* Fluent German language skills, both written and verbal (essential).
* Experience working in a similar logistics role, preferably within 3PL/4PL environments.
* The ability to build relationships across various levels within the organisation and with clients.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills, analytical and attention to detail.
Location & Schedule
This is a full‑time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8:00‑17:00. The role is hybrid with the opportunity to work up to 3 days per week on site on Wednesday and Thursday (subject to business requirements). Some travel to Germany, Austria and Switzerland may be required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £31,518.78.
