* Leading audit engagements and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

The Successful Applicant
* A recognised professional qualification in accounting or auditing (ACA, ACCA).
* Proven experience in leading audit engagements within the Accounting & Finance sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships effectively.
* Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members.
