Paid Marketing Manager– Menswear\n\nManchester\n\nMy client is seeking a dynamic Paid Marketing Manager to join a small, creative, in-house team, working with men’s streetwear brands. You will have a creative eye, and take the lead on managing and enhancing marketing channels for a diverse portfolio of in-house and partner brands.\n\nPaid Marketing Manager– Key Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Oversee and manage paid marketing channels across the business, including Meta, Google, and Klaviyo.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with the marketing executive to align marketing concepts and direction for each brand and season.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure the correct volume and style of content.\n\n * \n\n Set budgets with directors for each brand and season.\n\n * \n\n Develop marketing strategies for each collection.\n\n * \n\n Supervise the creation of ads, emails, and posts alongside the marketing executive.\n\n * \n\n Conduct seasonal monthly and weekly meetings with directors and the marketing team to plan and report on paid marketing channels.\n\n * \n\n Monitor and report on performance on a weekly basis to directors.\n\n * \n\n Actively manage paid ads in a hands-on manner.\n\nPaid Marketing Manager– Skills:\n\n * \n\n Extensive experience in managing paid marketing channels.\n\n * \n\n Strong ana...
