Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Assist qualified mechanics in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in vehicles and machinery.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are stored properly.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Document work performed and report any additional issues or concerns to senior mechanics.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills.
Skills
* Strong mechanical knowledge, with a keen interest in automotive systems.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to mechanical repair tasks.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
* Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
