Performance Objectives
* Switching tools in and out of Injection Moulding machines
* General operation of machine
* Maintenance of Injection moulding machine
* General maintenance work including cleaning and polishing tools
* Maintain, repair, modify and improve production related to Injection moulding, maintain and improve efficiency, reliability and quality
* Investigate and resolve tool and machine related problems
* Compile maintenance records for each tool to provide detailed history of work carried out
* Identify root causes of technical related problems to provide effective countermeasures
* Justify and recommend changes to components, tooling or associated equipment
* A knowledge of mechanical Engineering and a varied back ground in Factory / Manufacturing environments
