What Youll Be Doing
* Recruitment Consultants manage their own desk with the opportunity to bring on new clients
* Supported and guided by our Key Relationship Manager, you'll be driving new business opportunities through proactive, sales-focused approaches
* Supported by our candidate resource and our social media & marketing guru, you'll be finding top talent by sourcing, headhunting, and screening candidates
* Ultimately Recruitment Consultants succeed by building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure your high commission and bonus potential.
