ECommerce Account Manager —

West London | Hybrid | Interim Temp role - 4 months

Our client is redefining the future of travel retail — and this role puts you right at the centre of a digital transformation. They are building a next‑generation online retail platform that brings the world’s most prestigious luxury brands to millions of passengers. Now we’re hiring an ambitious eCommerce Account Manager with exceptional data insight skills to enhance performance, deepen partnerships and elevate the digital customer journey.

* Own and lead strategic retailer partnerships, taking full accountability for online performance and commercial compliance.
* Use your advanced data insight skills to uncover trends, diagnose issues, optimise conversion and shape strategic decisions across UX, UI, and merchandising.
* Partner with offline account managers to create a unified, seamless omnichannel experience.
* Oversee third‑party fulfilment operations and B2C contact centre performance, ensuring service excellence.
* Translate operational realities into clear system requirements, influencing technical roadmaps.
* Monitor KPIs, risks, and opportunities — presenting sharp, data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in eCommerce or a junior account management role.
* Background in fashion or luxury retail/eCommerce (preferred).
* Outstanding data analysis and data insight capabilities — able to spot patterns, interpret performance, and translate numbers into action.
* Strong partner management skills with experience working with retailers, agencies, or suppliers.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence to challenge the status quo effectively.
* Sharp commercial awareness and comfort working to ambitious targets.
* Sound understanding of UI/UX principles and how they influence customer behaviour.
* Passion for traffic generation, conversion optimisation, and customer retention.
* Highly adaptable, organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and superb written/spoken English.
