Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitoring machine performance and product quality
* Carrying out basic checks and adjustments to equipment
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Completing basic production and quality records
* Keeping the work area clean and organised
Requirements
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
* Reliable and punctual
* Previous machine operating experience is an advantage but not essential
