We're partnering with a well-known FMCG business that owns a portfolio of established consumer brands across personal care, household and beauty. As they continue to invest in digital transformation, they're now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape digital activation across a range of high-street brands - from paid media to influencer marketing, organic social and digital shelf content. The Role: You'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class digital activation in line with brand and business strategy, supporting brand visibility and performance across key platforms. Key responsibilities include: Leading paid media and influencer activity across selected brands Managing digital shelf content and improving online presence Developing monthly organic social calendars and content Analysing performance data and reporting against KPIs Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with annual plans, budget and agency management Leading test-and-learn initiatives to optimise performance across channels What We're Looking For: Digital marketing experience within FMCG or a relevant consumer sector A track record of delivering successful campaigns across paid, organic and influencer channels Strong understanding of digital tools (Adobe Analytics, social media platforms, content management tools etc.) Able to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders effectively Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management and reporting skills Location: Hertfordshire Package: up to £60,000 Benefits Desired Skills and Experience Digital Marketing, FMCG
