Recruitment Consultant at Opus People Solutions - Specialising in the recruitment of staff within Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical divisions

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join our organisation on a permanent basis. This position will suit someone with strong IT skills. A problem-solver who likes to focus on the technical aspects and leave no stone unturned.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive working attitude to join a team of 4,000 colleagues across the UK. Your role would be to carry out administration of multiple business systems and maintain the smooth running of daily functions relating to the applications used. You will also be involved in the support and maintenance of solutions managed by the Systems Team.

The main Activities and Responsibilities of this role will include:

* Handling the upkeep and maintenance of various applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve defects and queries.
* Design and generate bespoke reports to meet the requirements of key stakeholders.
* Assist in projects, such as onboarding new customers.
* Maintain high standards across a range of administrative processes and systems.
* Follow and assist in designing user guidance documentation.
* Provide an efficient and customer focussed first point of contact.
* Raising tickets promptly with third parties to resolve issues as needed.
* To be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising own work to meet numerous deadlines.
* To be able to interpret and follow guidance documents/technical manuals to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Making the most of our resources and technology, applying smart working, good time management and finding ways to improve and respond to changes.
* Strive to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes, influencing improvements for positive change.

Key Skills that we are ideally looking for include:

* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Research and problem-solving skills to deal with queries and issues.
* Maintain Customer relations and answer queries within the SLA.
* Ability to plan and organise own workload, taking responsibility for delivery of tasks. Where appropriate, support colleagues in managing workloads.
* Ability to generate bespoke reports and analyse the data output.
* Experience of using iTrent.
* Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics or alternative CRM solutions.
* Experience of using Business Objects or alternative report writing software.
* Live in, or within a commutable distance of Ipswich.
