* Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
* Visit independent retailers or major stores on a regular call cycle
* Deliver excellent customer service to customers and stakeholders
* Meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets
* Manage and drive success of your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Negotiate increased space and maintain displays
* Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new products, and implement in-store activations
* Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and POS
Compliance
* Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the brief
* Ensure product availability and correct pricing on fixtures and chillers
* Ensure correct execution of new product launches
* Provide feedback for promotional activity improvements
Data Recording and Reporting
* Record response data accurately
* Take high-quality photos of completed activities with descriptions
Insight
* Provide actionable feedback on market and competitor activity
* Update on retailer procedures and systems
* Stay informed on channel trends and news
Technical
* Utilise intervention data for actions
* Analyse data for store visit patterns
* Use sales data and case studies to pre-sell activities
Administration
* Manage journey plans according to briefing
* Ensure sufficient promotional materials
* Attend monthly team meetings
Experience
Your knowledge and skills:
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred; other sectors considered
* Enthusiasm for Red Bull and drive to succeed
* Comfort working autonomously in the field
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven selling skills and commercial acumen
* Experience valued over formal education
* Fluent in English
* Willing to travel 90-100%
