Graduate Basic Salary: £27,500 (+ uncapped commission)
Graduate Yearly OTE: Year 1 £45,000+ | Year 2 £60,000+ | Year 3 £80,000+

You will be entered into a fully comprehensive training programme, designed in-house by ex-recruitment consultants with experience in tech recruitment!
The programme includes both on-desk and module-based learning ensuring your immediate development. Graduates are able to begin closing deals during the academy programme, meaning there is no limitation to when you start earning commission - in 2025, promotions have been achieved within 4 months of joining.
