Job Overview
You are required to provide safety and security to our customer's property, people and/or assets in line with the published Assignment Instructions, delivering results that meet and/or exceed the key performance indicators. You will provide exceptional customer service to both staff and visitors, undertake additional training for continuous self‑development, and uphold both Mitie’s and our client’s reputation. As this is a relief role covering sickness and holiday, you must be flexible in terms of the days you work.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Retail experience essential.
* Full UK driver’s licence with access to own vehicle.
* Door Supervisor SIA Licence.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Use ASCONE to maintain the security of the site.
* Conduct regular patrols of the site.
* Deliver customer service to both staff and visitors.
* Support staff with any reasonable request.
* Ensure relevant reports are completed accurately.
Training & Development
Complete all required competency training and undertake additional training directed by the Operations Manager. Renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
Health & Safety
* Report any health & safety hazards immediately.
* Stay alert to threats or changes and take appropriate action.
* Maintain professional conduct in difficult situations.
* Record any incidents accurately in the site system.
* Call emergency services and the Communication Centre to report incidents.
