Key Responsibilities
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Assisting with stock control, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
* Working effectively within a team and adapting to different kitchen environments
* Following menus and instructions from senior chefs or head chefs
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a professional kitchen (level of experience depends on role)
* Strong understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
