Finance Administrator (12-Month FTC) | Hybrid – Edinburgh (1 day per week in office) | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re looking for a talented and organised Finance Administrator / Operations Executive to join our friendly Operations Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator:
No two days are the same at Quorum! You’ll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations functions, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and issuing invoices and purchase orders
* Processing staff timesheets and expenses
* Maintaining and updating internal systems
* Preparing reports and assisting with month-end processes
* Managing supplier payments and purchasing activity
* Handling customer, supplier, and internal queries via phone and email
* Providing wider administrative support — from reception cover to travel bookings and pre-employment checks
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar finance admin, bookkeeping, or operations role
* Strong knowledge of sales invoicing and credit control
* Confidence performing bank reconciliations
* Advanced Excel skills and a knack for data accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience using Xero (bonus, not essential)
