Procurement Lead – Vending
We’re supporting a hospitality business to recruit an experienced Procurement Lead to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a newly created strategic role with high visibility and long-term progression potential.
You’ll take ownership of procurement activities across a range of vending categories, including self-serve food & beverage, equipment sourcing, technical service, and supplier contract management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the vending procurement category and drive value across commercial and operational areas
* Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management plans
* Manage complex tenders and high-value supplier relationships
* Oversee contract negotiation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
* Collaborate across departments to support innovation, digital tools, and operational efficiencies
* Evaluate supplier performance and build a robust procurement framework

* Strong understanding of procurement compliance and data protection
* Tech-savvy with a keen eye for digital procurement tools
* Confident communicator with stakeholder influence at all levels
* Experience of the vending industry
