This is an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a company based in Colchester on a temp to perm basis. The hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm (30-minute break) and Friday 8:30am-2pm (no break or 8am with 30-minute break). Who doesn't like an early finish every Friday? The salary is between £13.50-£14.30 per hour and this is a fully office-based role with free parking onsite. Duties will include but not be limited to: Responding to email and telephone enquiries and resolving any queries in a professional manner Creating customer quotations and gathering information to pass details onto the sales team to follow up Uploading sale order records and documents onto the CRM system and maintaining customer information Completing customer orders placed on the system, and sending order confirmations, ensuring all details are accurate Scheduling deliveries and organising product dispatch with logistics providers Coordinating with internal departments when required Supporting with general office tasks such as filing, reporting and data entry duties for the sales departmentTo be successful for this position, you must have previous experience in a sales support, admin, or customer-facing role within an office environment.
