Are you an experienced Landscape Architect looking to take the next step in your career? A leading UK property consultancy is expanding its landscape team and is seeking a talented professional to support a diverse portfolio of projects across the Residential, Commercial and Educational sectors.

The Role
As a Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality landscape design services from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Producing feasibility studies, sketch proposals, detailed designs, production drawings and specifications
2. Preparing tender documentation and supporting contract management activities
3. Developing creative and practical design solutions while maintaining strong design standards
4. Collaborating with architects, engineers and other disciplines on a range of project types and complexities
5. Managing project programmes, resources and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
6. Using relevant design systems, including CAD software, to support project outputs
7. Ensuring compliance with legislation, codes of practice and health & safety requirements
8. Identifying potential new business opportunities and supporting wider team objectives
9. Travelling to sites and other offices when required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
10. Professional membership of the Landscape Institute (or working towards it)
11. A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline
12. Experience in a similar landscape design role
13. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
15. A good understanding of construction health & safety legislation
16. A current CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one immediately)
17. Excellent organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities
