Are you passionate about fashion and looking to take the next step in your retail fashion career? Zachary Daniels are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join a dynamic team in Belfast!
As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and maintaining the high standards customers expect. You'll lead by example, ensuring an elevated customer experience and a positive store culture.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Act as a role model for brand values and professional conduct

* Previous retail management experience, ideally in fashion
