Responsibilities
1. Carry out mould treatments to a high standard.
2. Conduct ventilation surveys in customers' homes.
3. Complete make-good decoration works following remedial treatment.
4. Communicate clearly and regularly with customers, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
5. Complete scheduled tasks within allocated timeframes while maintaining cost-effective delivery.
6. Pre-order materials as required and manage stock efficiently.
7. Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and follow best practice in building maintenance.
8. Represent the organisation as a positive, professional ambassador with a "right first time" approach.
9. Participate in an Out of Hours Callout rota (clean UK driving licence required).
