Job Description:
Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization with high-profile M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager to oversee a prestigious commercial contract in Central London.
The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff, delivering M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services within a single high-profile building. The successful candidate will liaise with on-site clients, ensure service excellence, and manage client relationships.
Requirements include at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment, with experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Technical qualifications such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM are desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Man-management of a 25-strong team
2. Budget responsibility for circa £2.5 million P&L
3. Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
4. Engaging with multiple stakeholders
5. Ensuring compliance through auditing
6. Implementing energy and sustainability initiatives
7. Reducing WIP
8. Identifying project opportunities
9. Succession planning
