You’ll be joining the organisation's highest-performing sales team, partnering closely with internal scientific teams to deliver tailored solutions spanning chemistry, biology, DMPK, and integrated discovery programs for leading biotech and pharma clients.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead sales growth across discovery and preclinical research services
* Build and manage relationships with biotech and pharma partners globally
* Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and proposal teams to shape winning solutions
Ideal Profile:
* Advanced educational background, preferably Chemistry (PhD, MSc desired)
* 5Y+ selling discovery-based CRO services across Small & Large Molecule
* Highly self-motivated, driven and comfortable working in a remote setting
* UK-based is essential
