About the Role As Traffic & Customs Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of international shipments, customs compliance, and freight coordination. Your focus will be on smooth cross-border movement of goods while maintaining the integrity of customs documentation and regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities Manage customs records and maintain accurate documentation for audit readiness. Ensure customs duty management systems meet HMRC standards and reporting requirements. Oversee broker and freight forwarder activities to ensure ongoing compliance and service performance. Coordinate logistics between internal teams, freight providers, and end customers. Validate freight invoices and ensure timely processing of payments. Monitor and support shipping capacity aligned to demand, working closely with operations and planning teams. Drive continuous improvement in shipping velocity and process quality. What You'll Bring Experience in customs and international trade compliance, particularly in a manufacturing or distribution setting. Strong working knowledge of UK import/export regulations and customs documentation. Ability to manage third-party logistics providers and maintain performance standards.
