Dream Medical are working with a GP surgery in Grimsby who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to cover maternity leave. The practice are looking for a nurse to work 28hours/ week. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants. The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.
Responsibilities
* Asthma
* Diabetic review
* Hypertension Clinic
* IHD Clinic
* COPD Clinic
* Immunisation Vaccination Clinic
* Holiday Vaccination Clinic
* Flu Vaccination Clinic
* Cervical Smears
* Family Planning
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants. The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.
