Learning support Coordinates collection & consolidate training needs Gives support to employees & managers to use MyLearning tools Consolidates information related to training for audits Receives training actions evaluations, and supports the delivery of the action plan Learning in production area Participates to the scheduling of training actions in Production, according to the PDP Coordinates training actions organisation, enrollments, and invitations, for productive employees Employee relations support Provides support in employee relations activities such a taking meeting notes Ensures display & update of mandatory or legal posting within the Site Payroll activities Collects, records and validates absence information for payroll Supports employees with payroll queries Support processing of payroll Manage processing mileage claims through payroll Works with ADP on payroll queries to ensure a smooth payroll process is completed.
