Location: Salford Quays (+ UK Wide Travel with some overnight stays)
Salary: £30k-£40k (dependant upon experience) + benefits

Are you an experienced AV Installation Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge LED screen and digital signage technology? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our growing team and deliver high-quality AV installations across the UK.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining a wide range of AV systems — with a particular focus on LED display walls, digital signage networks, and interactive display solutions. Working on-site with major clients, you'll ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and configure LED video walls, digital signage systems, and related AV hardware.
* Conduct site surveys, cabling, mounting, and system integration.
* Test, troubleshoot, and commission systems to client specifications.
* Work closely with project managers and clients to deliver seamless installations.
* Provide post-installation support and maintenance as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in AV installation, particularly LED and digital signage.
* Strong understanding of signal distribution, network connectivity, and AV control systems.
* Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
