The business is scaling rapidly, expanding internationally and investing properly in its people strategy. They are now looking for an experienced HR Director to partner closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team and shape the next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded HR leader who enjoys operating at pace, influencing at board level, and building scalable people infrastructure in a dynamic environment.
