The role: We’re looking for a commercially driven, high-performing Business Development Director to grow Sisua’s presence in the IT Consulting space with a strong focus of post M&A integration. This role will be pivotal for the business that combines strategic sales leadership, including hands-on client development and creative input into our go-to-market approach. What you’ll do Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong senior relationships with a particular focus on M&A integrations. Identify, shape, and win new business opportunities focused on M&A transformation. Leverage your network, industry insights, and Sisua’s delivery credentials to develop a strong pipeline. Sales Strategy & Market Positioning Shape and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns aligned to Sisua’s growth strategy. Drive marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, white papers, and hosted/sponsored events. Bring creativity and commercial acumen to how we position Sisua’s services and capabilities. Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment Work closely with Consulting Partners, to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery. Shape outcome-based proposals and SOWs, with commercial clarity and client focus. Provide strategic market feedback to refine and expand our service portfolio. What you'll need: Skills & Experience Demonstrated success in senior sales/business development roles within consulting, technology professional services. Referenceable track record of winning complex deals enterprise and mid-market customers. Natural relationship builder with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience of post mergers and acquisition integration programmes. Demonstrate expertise in pipeline management by effectively prioritising activities to fill the top of the funnel whilst ensuing the flow of opportunities result in the final stages of the sales cycles. Strong senior-level network in global organisations. Comfortable working with delivery teams and shaping client SOWs. Why join Sisua?
