Project Architect / Project Runner
Battersea, London | £40,000 to £45,000 DOE | Hybrid
An established practice, known for their high-end residential architecture and interior design projects across London is now looking for a Project Architect/Project Runner to join them on a permanent basis. The role focuses on high-end residential schemes, with responsibility for coordination, programme management, and stakeholder communication.
Your Experience
* Job running experience (Part II or ARB-registered Architect)
* High-end residential projects experience
* Knowledge of UK planning system and Building Regulations
* Contract administration processes (e.g. JCT)
* AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency
