About The Role
At HC-One, we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team. With contracted hours and guaranteed set pay each month, you’ll also enjoy the freedom to choose shifts that fit around your family life or other commitments.
Shifts are scheduled between Monday and Sunday and may not always be consecutive, including days, nights, and weekends. As a Flex Force Care Assistant, you’ll travel between a cluster of our homes, which is an essential and expected part of the role. Flexibility is key, as it allows you to support the unique needs of each home while keeping control over your schedule.
The home is Market Lavington, SN10 4AG.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
* Help residents with limited mobility.
* Take responsibility for the wellbeing of residents on and off site.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
* Attend safeguarding training appropriate to the role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Right to work in the United Kingdom – we cannot offer sponsorship or accept applications from those on a time‑limited visa.
* Good communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
* Driving licence with access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
