Are you an accountant or bookkeeper passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Our accounting SaaS client seeks a Customer Success Manager / Service Delivery Manager to support sales partners and customers through expert onboarding, training, and strategic support.
What You’ll Do
1. Support sales partners with onboarding, strategy execution, and customer training.
2. Act as the first point of contact to resolve complex customer queries with empathy and problem-solving skills.
3. Conduct consultative conversations, identify customer pain points, and offer tailored solutions.
4. Utilize your accounting knowledge to assist customers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
1. Ability to create urgency and encourage customers to activate and maximize subscriptions.
2. Experience managing relationships with external partners and internal sales teams.
3. Excellent time management skills with a results-driven mindset.
4. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on relevant software solutions.
5. Experience engaging customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent communication skills.
6. Previous experience in delivering software onboarding or training.
7. Solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
8. Customer-first mindset, committed to resolving challenges.
9. Strong relationship-building skills as a collaborative team player.
Key Skills & Experience
1. Background in accounting or bookkeeping (e.g., ACCA, ICB, CIPP).
2. Understanding of payroll, accounting, and accountancy workflows.
3. Proficiency with technology and software applications.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
