The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure efficient coordination and communication across departments as well as liaising with clients as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Liaising with Sales, Purchasing and operations teams to support and develop internal processes
*
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, dealing directly with customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Managing general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation and filing
*
Providing office support to the wider team
*
Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
*
Assisting with stock, supplier, and customer documentation
*
Supporting internal reporting and record-keeping systems
About You
*
Previous experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
*
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
*
Positive, team-oriented attitude, and looking for a long-term career opportunity.
