Duties will include :-
Set up and monitor projects in SAP, acting as first-line approver for project orders
Track project spend against budgets, providing accurate forecasts and updates
Monitor shopping carts and ensure spend is appropriate, timely, and well-documented
Support CAPEX processes and ensure compliance with internal standards
Prepare data, insights, and updates to support leadership discussions
Attend SIC and MIC meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and minutes
Organise strategic planning meetings and track follow-up actions
