Role Overview
As Regional Director, you will lead and oversee branch performance across the London region. Partnering closely with the wider leadership team, you will cultivate a thriving culture, drive commercial performance, and ensure our teams deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
* Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example and mentoring high‑performing teams across the region.
* Translate the company vision into clear, actionable direction for your colleagues, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Coach, develop, and manage all employees to optimise performance and support career growth.
* Oversee regional branch operations, including setting development pathways and managing the P&L.
* Drive high levels of employee engagement through effective action planning, proactive recruitment, retention initiatives, and people‑first leadership.
* Monitor and report on regional performance, delivering against key financial, commercial, and operational targets.
* Identify and address underperformance promptly, providing guidance and support to branches requiring additional direction.
* Grow market share significantly through proactive working practices and by identifying opportunities for business growth.

* Demonstrable experience building and leading high-performing teams within fast-paced, demanding environments.
* A track record of delivering excellent customer service as part of high-performing teams.
* Proven ability to influence, shape, and lead meaningful change.
